Fun at the LAB
It was great fun yesterday during “PLAY” – an event arranged by Foam_Lab @ Foam. The public was encouraged to interact and participate in the different activities taking place through the building. From firing paint-balls at the wall to curating their own artwork on the walls of the museum or even following a masterclass runway photography (the public were the models). I joined the masterclass, but more about it soon.
One of the fun installations was a set designed by Maria Heidemann in one of the rooms upstairs. Following the theme of the stunning ‘Vrolik Collection’ by Hans van den Bogaard showing in that room, she built a lovely setting of a Lab. Visitors then could participate in dressing up as scientists and make fun photos of themselves. Accompanied by Maria and one of the cool guys from the HP team sponsoring the event, we showed them a quick “demonstration” of how it’s done! The guys are natural talents, don’t you think? The public was soon to follow.
