False alarm

This is what a False-alarm looked like last night around the corner from where I live. The sirens noise alone leading to this, sounded like half the city was on fire and all help was called at once.
Allegedly, there was a report of a dead body in that lake, which turned out to be a false alarm, fortunately. But Looking at all this help force that came for nothing, makes me think this kind of thing should not happen too often.
